Will the mask prevent hair loss?

Hair loss can be due to a variety of factors including hair being in an exogenous phase of the hair cycle, nutritional deficiencies, hereditary causes, etc. The hair mask strengthens the hair shaft and prevents hair breakage.

Do I apply conditioner after or before applying the hair mask?

The hair mask delivers deep hydration. We recommend not to use a conditioner on days you apply a hair mask to prevent over-moisturisation of the strands.

Is it safe for coloured and semi-permanent dyed hair?

Yes, it is safe for coloured and semi-permanent dyed hair.

Can this be applied to the roots?

Yes, we recommend applying the hair mask from root to tip. However, if you have very fine hair, then apply the mask one inch away from the roots to avoid loss of volume.

Can I leave the mask overnight? Can I also use hair oil at the same time?

We don't recommend leaving the hair mask overnight as it can lead to over-moisturisation of the hair, which can lead to breakage. Hair oil can be applied to the scalp and the hair mask to the shaft of the hair, simultaneously. However, if there is hair oil present on the shaft, then it may interfere with the proper absorption of the mask and make it ineffective.
