INDICREST™ SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship orders only to addresses within India. International shipping is not available at this time. If offered in the future, duties, taxes, or customs charges will be the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise specified.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Certain large, customized, or high-value orders may require extra time, and we will notify you if applicable.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMELINES

We use trusted courier partners to deliver your orders. Available courier options may vary depending on your delivery location and order type.

Estimated Delivery Timelines (after dispatch):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on destination)

Note: Delivery timelines are approximate. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, natural events, or public holidays.

4. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

To serve you better, items from a single order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this occurs, you will be notified, and you will receive separate tracking information for each package at no additional shipping cost.

5. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free shipping for orders above ₹999 (before taxes and after discounts).
  • A standard fee of ₹70 applies to orders below ₹999.
  • Additional charges (e.g., bulky items, remote-area delivery, or special handling) may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

6. PAYMENT & CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We currently accept prepaid payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

7. ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. You can track your order via the courier’s website or through your Indicrest account order history.

8. UNDELIVERABLE & RETURNED PACKAGES

A package may be marked undeliverable if:

  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete,
  • The recipient is unavailable for multiple delivery attempts,
  • Delivery is refused at the time of arrival.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and the customer requests a refund instead of reshipment, the refund will be processed for the product amount, minus the original and return shipping charges incurred by us.

9. DELAYS, LOST, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  • Delays: Contact support@indicrest.com with your order number if your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeline.
  • Lost Packages: If confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

10. SPECIAL REQUESTS

If you require faster delivery or special handling, please contact us before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee all requests, we will do our best to accommodate them.
