• One golden rule you can’t forget when cleaning wax heaters is to keep the device away from water. A dry cloth is enough to wipe the wax heater if it takes a greasy texture.
• Make sure the wax heater is unplugged before cleaning. This is probably a no brainer, but the prolonged high temperature and the contact with different cleaning materials can result in malfunction.
• The heating cans must be cleaned regularly because they can get stained with wax drips and leftover wax that hardens in the can. If not cleaned properly, these leftovers make a mess when trying to warm up new wax.
• It is also necessary for hygiene reasons to clean wax heaters regularly, not to mention that proper cleaning will extend the life of the heater.
• Cover the waxing container when it is not being used.

How to Use

• Put the machine on a steady and heat proof desk.
• Plugin and turn on Wax Warmer.
• Place the wax can into warmer, then put on the lid.
• Plug in and rotate the knob to adjust temperature.
• Set the temperature to 140°C to 160°C until wax is fully melted. Stir occasionally.
• Check the wax with spatula if it has reached the desired temperature and consistency.
• Lower the temperature to 60°C to 75°C and maintain the desired consistency and start using it.
• Mix wax and test on your wrist before commencing service on the client.
• For best results, prepare your client’s skin for waxing using Biosoft Pre-Wax Gel. Let the area dry completely.
• Apply a thin layer over skin with the spatula in the direction of hair growth.
• Place Biosoft non woven cotton wax strip on the surface, hold the skin taut and pull against the direction of hair growth.
• After waxing, use an Biosoft Post – wax oil to cleanse the skin and get rid of wax residues.
• Finish by applying Biosoft Post-Wax Lotion for optimum results.
• Turn off your wax warmer and tidy up your workstation.
