Returns Process Related FAQs

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are always eligible for return.

Go to My Account > Orders > Request Return or email us at support@indicrest.com with your order ID and reason for return.

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened/used skincare or personal care items, gift cards, final sale items, and customized products (unless defective).

Before dispatch: Yes, you can cancel your order by visiting the "My Orders" section or contacting customer support.

After dispatch: Cancellation isn't possible online. However, you can refuse delivery—even then, once the item is returned to us, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
