  A: Our 0.2% Retinol Complex consists of pure or active retinol & encapsulated retinol. Active Retinol works at the surface level to promote cell turnover, thus reducing the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles for a smoother, more renewed skin texture. Encapsulated retinol, on the other hand, is a gentler (yet potent) version of retinol that penetrates deeper layers of the skin surface to slowly & steadily release active into the skin, thus slowing down the process of skin ageing.
• Q: Can I use this serum during the daytime?
  A: We highly recommend avoiding using the serum during the daytime as it may cause sun sensitivity (upon exposure to the sun) resulting in redness, skin irritation & inflammation. Instead, use it for your PM skincare routine, starting with 1-3 times per week.
• Q: How do I use retinol & vitamin C serum together?
  A: You cannot combine retinol and vitamin C in the same routine. We recommend using vitamin C during the day and retinol at night.
• Q: I have acne-prone skin with visible redness. Will this serum suit my skin?
