Refund and Returns

Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty products (e.g., makeup, skincare, haircare)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

Return Process

Initiating a Return

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

Shipping Your Return

  1. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and free gifts. Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
  2. Ship the Package: Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 5-7 business days from the date we receive the return.

Refund Issuance

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@indicrest.com or 9652635466 with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
